An exercise investigating the layout and typology for a typical commercial strip of a staged development – starting with six units in the local towncentre of Papakura.Simple units arranged along a retail street front with servicing from the rear anchored at one end by a Robert Harris coffee franchise opening onto an adjoining landscaped pocket park making an urban oasis and a welcoming marker for the development.
