Golf Condominiums : The Links
Just in time to bid for the 1998 Golf World Cup, Gulf Harbour added a world class golf course to its marina and marine village. Here, just 100m from the tennis and squash courts, indoor pool and gym, games rooms, restaurant and bar of the Gulf Harbour Country Club, a new lifestyle is on offer. This is The Links, a development from Quadrant Properties Ltd. It comprises a house and two luxury condominiums, each on their own freehold title.
The architects fomerly connected with the quality resort at Millbrook, were asked to further the Millbrook concept, and agreed to Ron Seeto's suggestion for adding a Port Grimaud influence in keeping with the marine village nearby. The project was named for its location on 9th green on the Gulf Harbour Golf Course.
